Here is how you make Smoked Turkey Wild Rice Soup:

Chop veggies. Melt butter in medium size pot. Add veggies and cook until onions are translucent. Add turkey meat, 8 cups of water, chicken stock powder and rice. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour. in a bowl, mix flour with part of fat free half and half with a whisk. Add the rest of the half and half and mix. Pour slowly into soup while stirring.
