The ingredients for Turkey and Bean Soup are:

1 pound ground turkey
1 small onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can creamed corn
2 sweet potatoes (white), cut into 1/2" pieces
3/4 cup frozen spinach
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tsp Tabasco sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce





How Do I Make Turkey and Bean Soup?

Here is how you make Turkey and Bean Soup:

Brown ground turkey, add chopped onion & garlic. Cook for about 10 minutes. While turkey mixture is cooking, add salt, pepper, cayenne, oregano, basil & coriander. Stir in tomato paste and beans & corn. Add about 4 cups water and set to simmer. Peel & cut sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch pieces, add to soup. If soup is too thick, add water. Add frozen spinach and simmer for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are done. Add fresh cilantro, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauces and simmer for another 10 minutes or so.
