1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup tomato paste
2 cups roughly chopped kale

Here is how you make Turkey Garbanzo Bean and Kale Soup:

1. If serving over grains, prepare grains and drain well. 2. Heat olive oil in a large soup pot; add turkey, onion, and garlic.
