How Do I Make Turkey Ham and Bean Soup?

Here is how you make Turkey Ham and Bean Soup:

Put dry beans in large pot, cover with water and bring to boil. Boil for 2 minutes then cover with tight-fitting lid and remove from heat. Let cool for 1 hour. Meanwhile, lightly saute chopped celery and onion in olive oil till soft. Add minced garlic and parsley and cook for 1 minute more. Add to crockpot.Drain beans (discard water) and add to crockpot with 4 cups fresh water, broth and cubed ham. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 6 hours.
