Here is how you make Turkey macaroni soup:

In order: dice fine salt pork and heat over medium heat while you dice the onions and celery. Once the fat is rendered from the salt pork add celery and saute for a couple minutes then add onions and carrots continue to saute over medium heat until the mix begins to get soft, you may have to add a bit of olive oil to prevent burning, when mix gets softer a bit add the garlic, salt and pepper continue to cook until flavor mixes stir constantly. Now add water and cook until it boils, you can rise heat to high now water is added, or do it on medium for better flavor. When water boils add macaroni and bring to a boil once more then cook about 8-10 min. to cook macaroni.
