Here is how you make Turkey Tortellini Soup:

Brown ground turkey in saucepan over medium heat until cooked through. Remove browned turkey from pan and drain. Wipe excess fat from pan. Spray saucepan with nonstick cooking spray and add onion and carrot. Saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and saute until fragrant, about 1 minute more.Add browned turkey, chicken broth, tomatoes and tortellini to pan. Bring to a simmer, add basil, then cook 5-8 minutes, until tortelloni is cooked through.Serve hot with crusty bread.Serving Size:?Makes 5 servings
