Slosh some soy sauce on top and saute until the potatoes are al dente.Transfer to a cooking pot and add 4 cups water (just enough so the vegetables peek over the water). Let simmer and throw the cabbage onto the dirty sauce pan (do not clean the pan, there's yumyum in there!)
