Here is how you make Autumn Vegetable Soup Clean-Living Recipe:

On medium low, add onion to oil and a dash of salt. Sweat out the onion until starting to get soft. About 3 mins. Add half garlic, at same temp for same timeframe, cook likewise. Then add in both chopped carrots, and bell pepper with a bit of salt. Stir, leave for about 4 mins. Change temp to medium and add chopped celery and sweet potato, stir in a bit more salt and cook for 10 mins. Stirring occasionally.
