In a large pot sauté onion, celery and diced carrots. In a separate pan sauté and drain beef. Add vegetable mix and okra (thawed), red beans, tomato sauce and soup mix. Stir together and add in ground beef. Add water, salt, pepper and any herbs/spices you wish. Bring to a boil and add pasta.
