Heat olive oil in large soup pot. Add carrots, onions and celery and saute until tender. Add frozen green beans and stock. Add pickling spice that has been wrapped in a coffee filter (bouquet garni) - Take coffee filter and put spice in the middle. Pull up all corners and tie with white thread. This will be discarded.
