Here is how you make Grand Vegetable Soup:

Heat a large pot and add olive oil. Saute onions, garlic, mushrooms, and celery until onion is translucent. Add all fresh vegetables, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, balsamic vinegar; cover pan and cook 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; cover and cook 20 minutes. Remove pan from heat. Place 2 cups of cooled soup in blender and blend until smooth. Add blended soup back into pot. Place cooled cooked soup into containers and refrigerate or freeze.
