Here is how you make Mo's Vegetable Soup:

Heat oil in pot, saute carrots, onions and celery. Saute until limp. Add broth. Add chopped broccoli and green beans, drop in some herbs - I added about a tablespoon of Italian herbs. Also add the sriracha. One the beans and broccoli seem close to done, add tomato, shred cabbage and about 3-4 cups of warm water (your preference for soupiness) and the bullion cubes. Cook for about 5-10 more minutes. Add some extras to make it more robust, or eat as it is. I like to add some cubed turkey or chicken, and some rice. Serving Size:?1 cup
