Here is how you make Really Easy Vegetable Soup:

In a stock pot add water, onion, limas, green beans, carrots, peas, corn, garlic, basil, parsley and salt. Cover and place on high heat allowing to come to boil, stir every 10 or 15 minutes. After approximately 30 minutes from the start time, add orzo to boiling mixture. Cover, allow to return to boil stiring frequently.
