Here is how you make Vegetable Plus Soup:

In a large pot, add sliced carrots, onion, minced garlic, lentils and meat to the vegetable broth. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add green beans, corn, and pasta. Simmer for 10 more minutes. If it gets too thick, you may need to add a little water. Add the tomato paste near the end of cooking time. Also, season to taste with salt, pepper. I also added italian seasonings. Makes approx. 12-one cup servicings. If you used canned vegetable, use the canning juice in place of the vegetable broth. Of course, you will need to add a little extra vegetable broth.
