Bring to a boil. Add 1 tsp beef base. Turn to low and cover, let simmer for a 1/2 hour or so. Add chopped carrots and green beans and another tsp of beef base. Let simmer another 20 minutes or so then add celery. Let simmer for another 1/2 hour or so and then add the squash and spinach. After another 20 mintues or so, add 1 cup brow rice. When rice is cooked add the can of tomatoes, heat through and enjoy! This is great with a nice piece of crusty wheat bread and makes a great low fat, low cal lunch! You can add the beef base as needed. Taste the broth once in a while and see how it is.
