Ok here goes (all measurements are approximate): 2 quarts of homemade chicken stock (plus a quart of organic vegetable stock I had from another recipe I made) 2 homegrown yellow tomatoes, one large Roma tomato, 3-4 ribs of celery, 1/2 large onion, about 20 baby carrots, 1/2 large green bell pepper, 1/2 large red bell pepper, 4-5 stalks of kale, 1/3- 1/2 of a small cabbage, 1 large zucchini, 10 okra, a head of broccoli (and its stem, peaked and cut up) 1/3 head if cauliflower, fresh ginger (about the size of a small egg) 2 star anise, tablespoon of dried thyme... I used garlic infused olive oil to sauté the onion and celery first, then added the stock and added the other ingredients based on how long they would take to cook... Oops, I also added tomato/carrot spaghetti that I broke up into small pieces-about a cup dry...
