5 medium potatoes, skin on, any kind, cut into 1.5"chunks
1c frozen peas
1 tsp Mrs Dash original blend

12.5 cups Swanson's Chicken broth (about 100fl oz)

Here is how you make Veggie and Lentil Soup:

Makes approx 8 1 cup servings.Heat olive oil over medium high heat in 6quart stockpot or dutch oven. Add carrots, onion and celery; sautee until veggies begin to soften. Add salt and pepper to taste and Mrs Dash, sautee about a minute more.Add the chicken broth, lentils and potatoes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover, simmer for about 20 min or until lentils and potatoes are cooked. Add remaining veggies and simmer about 5 minutes more.
