Boil the rice in the water till soft. In a separate bowl beat the egg, and flour together then add the yogurt, and mix well. Add 2 tsp of water to lighten it. Cook this in a pot on low heat very slowly, and stirring constantly. Slowly pour in the rice, and water. Keep stirring till it comes to a boil then turn the heat down to a simmer. Cook the butter, and mint in a small pan, but do not allow the mint to burn. Serve the soup, and add the butter, and mint on top of the prepared bowls.
