Heat oil in large soup pot. Saute next four ingredients over medium high heat until just beginning to brown. Add next ten ingredients. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Just before serving, stir in ham, chicken, shrimp and olives.
