The ingredients for Waldorf Spinach Toss are:

3/4 c. pecan pieces, lightly toasted
1 red apple, with peel, cored and sliced in thin wedges
1 orange, peeled, halved and thinly sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced and separated
2 x 10 oz. baby spinach, washed and spun

Dressing:
1/4 c. toasted pecan pieces
1/2. c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. grapeseed oil

Toast pecans in skillet (watch carefully). Reserve 1/4 c. pecans for dressing. Place pecans, apple, orange, onion and spinach in bowl.
Dressing: Combine reserved pecans, sugar, mustard, hot pepper sauce, vinegar and oil (whisk or blend) until smooth. Pour over spinach mixture and toss to coat salad. Serves 6 to 8
