2 medium (2-1/2" dia) raw onions
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) raw celery
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup brown rice flour
3 cup (24 fl oz) chicken broth
1 large can (28oz) diced tomatoes
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 tsp dried marjoram
1 tsp ground oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
16 oz (1lb) Tilapia or other white fish

Here is how you make Creole Fish Stew:

In 12 cup casserole, combine onions, celery, garlic and oil. Microwave at High for 6-8 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring twice.Stir in flour. Microwave at High for 1 minute; stir well. Stir in stock, tomatoes, parsley, oregano, marjoram, alt, pepper and (bay leaf if you desire). Microwave covered at High for 12-14 minutes or until bubbly, stirring once.Stir in fish. Microwave, covered, at High for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with fork, stirring once. Remove the bay leaf if you used it.
