Combine flour and seasonings in a plastic baggie. Add veal and close bag to coat veal thoroughly.Spray non-stick pan with non-stick spray. Add veal and brown. Add broths. Dice potatoes and add to pan with carrots. Cook until carrots and potatoes are almost soft. Add cauliflower and broccoli and cook until all veggies are tender.
