Here is how you make Stuffed and Grilled Tomatoes:

Core tomatoes and set aside pulp. Place garlic clove and pine nuts in food processor. Blend until pine nuts are wellg round. Add the tomato pulp, parmesan cheese, olive oil, parsley, oregano and S & P and mix well. Spoon filling into cored tomatos and place in a pan with a small amount of olive oil on the bottom. Coat the bottom of each tomato. Place a pre-heated grill or 350 degree oven. Grill with lid closed, checking after 5 minutes. Turn grill down to create an indirect heat and cook until cheese is melted and skin of tomato is soft.
