Heat a medium soup pot over medium-high heat with the olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the turkey and season with pepper and allspice. Cook the meat for 5 minutes or until browned, then add the garlic, onions, peppers. Cook for 7 to 8 mins. until tender. Stir in the stock and tomatoes and bring to a boil.
