Here is how you make Crab Stuffed Shrimp:

Heat Oil in skillet over med heat. Saute the onion, ham and 2 Tbs parsley for 3 -5 minutes. Combine cornbread crumbs with the ham mixture in a large bowl. Add chicken stock a little at a time till evenly moistened. Gently fold in crab and remaining parsley. Season with salt and pepper.Preheat oven to 400Butterfly shrimp and open flat. Spoon crab mixture onto cavit of the shrimp and wrap with a piece of bacon.
