Here is how you make Taco Nacho:

cook beef, then add seasoning some onions until done. set aside. Mix in a saucepan the cans of tomatoes and refried beans and mix until soft enough to spoon on the chips. Cookie Sheet , parchment paper and then layer the chips. Spread the mix on all chips then sprinkle meat mixture, green pepper, onions and then the cheese.
