Slice tomatoes and remove seeds. Squeeze to eliminate liquid. Wipe dry and dice. In bowl combine tomatoes, feta, basil, and pepper. Add pinch of salt. Prepare filo by laying out a clean dishcloth. Stack filo and cover with another dishcloth. With hot water dampen and wring another cloth and lay over top. Heat oven to 375 F. Cut filo stack in 8 in. squares. Remove 3 at a time, keeping rest covered. Take one sheet and brush with butter. Place second sheet at 45 degree angle and brush with butter. Do the same with a third sheet. Spoon 1-2 tbsp of tomato mix on center of filo. Gather corners and twist packet ends gently like a candy wrapper. Brush top with butter. Repeat to 10. Place on baking sheet in preheated oven for 10-12 min. until golden brown. Serve warm.
