You can easily cut this recipe in half to keep on hand at home. I made such a large batch because I was taking it to a party. This was my first attempt at making hummus so I aware of how much it was going to "grow" when I started adding all of the ingredients. Depending on the size of your food processor you may want to do this in 2 batches or, again, simply cut the recipe in half.In food processor, add Garbanzo Beans, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Fresh Garlic and Salt.
