1 tbsp vinegar (I like to use the vinegar from a jar of pickled hot peppers)

Here is how you make Tomato and Avocado Salsa:

Dice all ingredients very finely. Add jalapeno if you like it hot. Squeeze on lemon juice & add vinegar (if you don't want it too hot but want a bit of peppery flavour, you can try add the vinegar from a jar of pickled peppers).Add salt. Allow to sit for at least 1/2 hr before serving. Note - this one is very juicy. If you want it less juicy, you can strain it or use roma tomatoes and only juice from 1/2 lemon.
