Here is how you make Broccoli and Turkey Stoup:

Bring water to boil in medium pot. Add broccoli and boil for 3 minutes. Drain and cool. In soup pot, heat olive oil and add turkey, cooking until browned, about 3 or 4 minutes. Stir in the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. season with nutmeg and black pepper to taste.
