In frying pan cook ground turkey and onion. When done drain and rinse. In large pot add tomatoe paste and water. Stir till there are no more lumps. Add beans, turkey and onions. Cook on medium heat. Add onion powder, celery seed, parsley, chili powder, italian seasoning, splenda, salt and pepper to taste. Cook on medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
