1 tsp garlic powder

3 medium stalks celery, raw, diced

5 large potatoes, raw, bite sized
1 small onion, raw, diced
2 cans sweet white corn
2 cans green beans (i prefer french style or italian)
2 cans sweet peas
1 can diced tomatoes

Here is how you make Venison Vegetable Stew:

Brown meat in olive oil and 2 tbsp of flour and garlic powder.Once meat is browned (do NOT fully cook), add 1 cup water, stir, and add all your vegetables.Fill pot with more water until it's just above the vegetables and meat. Add salt and pepper or any seasonings you want. Stir. Cook for 90 minutes, stirring occasionally. *To thicken, mix flour with milk in a separate cup until there are no clumps and milk is a creamy consistency. Add a little of the mixture to the stew about 10-15 before it's done and stir well before adding more. Add as much as you want to get the desired thickness.Serving Size:?makes about 15 1-cup servings
