The ingredients for VEGGIE JUICY are:

Red tomatoes - 3 large (or use grape/roma)
Carrot, raw - 1 chopped (skinned or not)
Mangos - 1 cup chopped (Costco has pre-sliced pack - very easy)
bell peppers - 1 Red, ! Yellow, 1 Orange chopped (get rid of seeds and stem)
Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (Your choice)
Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 4 tsp (+/- your choice)
Water - fill Vita-Mix container (approx 3 cups)


How Do I Make VEGGIE JUICY?

Here is how you make VEGGIE JUICY:

Use Vita-Mix blender. Fill bottom third with chopped tomatoes (or grape tomatoes). Add 1 chopped carrot and chopped mango, then chopped bell peppers. Add the soy sauce and Knorr Chicken Bouillon (makes it real smooth, soup). Fill to top of Vita Mix container with (filtered) water (about 3 -4 cups). Put on High, #8 for about 20-30 minutes (or until container feels hot). Makes 8 1-cup servings. I fill 2 1-quart containers to put in frig and the remainder (about 2 cups) I serve with meal I'm preparing.
