Add peas to a large (really lage) pot.Add 12 cups of water Bring to a boil, turn down to simmerAdd all ingredients except half of the leeks. Make sure all the ingredients are chopped and clean. Simmer ingredients together for several hours, until soup is think and most vegetables are unseen to the eye. You can either puree some of it to liquify it more, or keep it the same texture.
