1 Tsp. Each- Salt, Pepper and Ground Ginger


How Do I Make Barley and Veggie Stew?

Here is how you make Barley and Veggie Stew:

In a large saucepan over medium heat combine olive oil, garlic and onions. Cook until onions are soft, be careful not to burn onions and garlic. Add the carrots and zucchini cook for about 5 minutes until carrots and zucchini are tender crisp. Add mushrooms and cook for a 2 minutes stirring frequently.
