Here is how you make Krab and Veggie Stuffed Mushrooms:

1 - Spray a baking pan with butter flavored spray2 - Wipe mushroom caps clean and sit in pan3 - In a small skillet, cook onions, peppers and garlic until tender. 4 - Add spinach and cook until it's wilted.5 - Turn off heat and add cream cheese.
