Here is how you make Gyoza Wraps (1):

Boil chicken breast with 1 tbs of the vinegar.Cool boiled chicken breast to room temperature.Using a blender or food processor, mix together the remaining ingredients (minus the gyoza wraps!).Scoop 2 tsp into the center of each wrap.Moisten the edge of the wrap with water. Moisten only a semicircle, not all the way around.Close the gyoza. While closing it, fold the edge about 6 times making a kind of scallopped edge (you can google an image until I can get some nice pics to add!)Continue until finished with all wraps.Fry the Gyoza in a little bit of hot oil until the bottom is brownish, then add water so that the gyoza are in the water with about half of their height.Keep the high heat and wait until all the water has vaporized. Then remove the gyoza from the heat.(If you are making these to freeze for later, skip the boiling steps and remove from the pan and cool after browning the bottoms. Freeze and boil later when ready to prepare.Alternatively you can prepare completely, cool in the refridgerator and freeze - then pop into your bento or thaw and reheat)If you would like dipping sauce, Mix the same amounts of soya sauce and vinegar together, and you'll need to factor that in nutrition wise into your meal :)ALSO PLEASE REMEMBER: Add in the nutrition information to your day for whatever oil you use to fry the dumplings!
