Cut bacon into strips and slowly over a low heat, render out all the fat until nice and golden. Remove from pan and place on paper towel to absorb additional fat.Cut Zucchini into sticks resembling fries. Bake in a 425F oven for 10 - 15 minutes until done to your liking. Remove from oven and season with a small amount of salt as the gorgonzola crumbles and bacon will add a lot of saltiness.Place Zucchini sticks on a plate, sprinkle gorgonzola crumbles hot Zucchini sticks.
