Here is how you make Zuppa Toscana:

Remove sausage from casing. In dutch oven, brown sausage and bacon with onion. Drain any fat. Add garlic and cook for one minute stirring constantly. Add potatoes, water, and half and half to the pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until potatoes are done, about 15 minutes. Add kale and cook for 4 minutes until kale is wilted.
