Here is how you make Thai Style Baked Halibut:

Combine all ingredients (except halibut) in small bowl. Stir until Splenda is dissolved. Using a double thickness of aluminium foil, make a cooking container that just fits the halibut. Put the fish in the foil, pour the soy/sugar/chili/vinegar marinade over the fish and fold the top closed. Let marinate in refrigerator for a couple of hours. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
