1 tbsp ABC Sweet Soy Sauce (or just normal soy sauce if you don't have any)

20 g Red Capsicum (Bell pepper)
160 g Extra Firm Tofu
40 g Zucchini

Here is how you make Asian Inspired Baked Tofu + Veggies:

Makes 2 servings.First mix the wet ingredients (bbq + sweet soy sauce) in a bowl and add in a bit of water. Then chop up your veggies + tofu (drain the tofu firstly between paper towel with a weight on top for 30 minutes).
