8 oz sliced mushrooms
6 green onions sliced
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp grapeseed oil (or canola)

Sauce:
1/2 cup beef broth
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp cornstarcg
1 tsp sugar

4 cups cooked brown rice

Here is how you make Ginger Beef Stir Fry:

Put veggies in a large skillet and sprinkle with 1 tsp soy sauce and 1 tsp sesame oil. Put lid on and use med-high heat to stem veggies to desired tenderness. Remove lid and take veggies out of the pan.While veggies are cooking, mix sauce in a small bowl and whisk together.Add 1 tsp grapeseed oil and cook beef on med-high heat until almost done.Push beef to the edges of the pan and pour sauce in the middle. Stir the sauce until it thickens. Put veggies back in the pan and mix everything together.
