Reduce heat to low, cover and set timer for 45 minutesHeat large stockpot of water to boilingPrep Chicken:Mix salt, white pepper, and cornstarch in a small prep bowlCut chicken into 2"x??" piecesToss salt/pepper/cornstarch with chicken.
