Marinate chicken 1/2 hour in 1 T. oil, 1 1/2 T. soy sauce, 1 T. water, and 1 T corn starch. Meantime, mix chicken broth, 1 1/2T. soy sauce, 1 T water, ginger and 2 T. corn starch; set aside.In wok, cook chicken and hot peppers until no longer pink; remove. In wok, cook broccoli and 1/2 of the chicken broth mixture. Cook unitl tender.Add chicken, cashews and dash of garlic. Add the remaining chicken broth mixture.
