2 TBSP Soya Sauce

1 TBSP Cornstarch

3 TBSP Chicken Stock
1 TBSP Soya Sauce
1 TBSP Teryaki Sauce

Here is how you make Ginger, Garlic, Chili Chicken Stir-fry:

Put Chicken in a Ziploc bag. In a small bowl mix together marinade and pour on chicken. Marinade for at least 20 minutes.In a wok or large frying pan sprayed with cooking spray at medium high heat, add veggies and saut? for a couple minutes, add 1/2 cup of chicken stock cook for a few more minutes until liquid has dissolved. Pour veggies into a bowl. Spray frying pan with cooking spray, add chicken and marinade and cook until chicken is cooked through, ad other 1/2 cup of chicken stock. Stir until the sauce is smooth. Ad veggies and stir.In a small bowl mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over veggies and chicken mixture. Cook until sauce has thickened.
