1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ground ginger
1 3-oz package chicken flavor ramen noodle soup
16 oz frozen stir fry veggies
1/4 c. Water (I scooped the water out of the cooking ramen pot)

Here is how you make Easy Chicken Lo Mein:

Cut slightly frozen chicken into thin slices while heating oil in 9"+ sized skillet. Stir fry the chicken in the skillet (wok would be better...). When chicken is no longer pink, add the frozen veggies. Cover.Boil water for ramen noodles. Scoop out 1/4c water, pour the water into a small bowl. Add the ginger, soy sauce, garlic, chicken flavoring packet into the noodle water & stir.Drain the noodles. When veggies are finished, add the noodles and sauce to the chicken & veggies, and toss.
