2-3 tbsp Olive oil
2 inch piece fresh ginger (peeled & finely chopped)
3-4 cloves garlic (peeled & finely chopped)
2-3 tbsp onion chopped
1/2 cup Tamari (soy sauce)
3 tbsp honey
1/2 head iceberg lettuce

Here is how you make Ginger-Soy Chicken Lettuce Wraps:

Heat a large skillet over med-high heat & then add oil & chicken. Let chicken cook approx. 3-4 minutes and then add garlic, ginger, onion & red pepper flakes (optional). Cook another few minutes untilchicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Add the tamari and honey, stir. Remove from heat and serve in leafs of lettuce. I like to thicken the sauce a bit with cornstarch before I take off heat.
