1 Lime, juiced
1 Tbsp Chopped Ginger
2 Cloves of Garlic, chopped
1 Tsp Fish Sauce (optional)
1 Tbsp Cooking oil
1 tbsp Honey
1 Cup Shiitake Mushrooms
1 cup Broccoli
100ml (3oz) Rama Cremefine 15% (or low fat cream for cooking or low fat coconut milk)
3 Cups of Rice Noodles, cooked as per packet instructions

Here is how you make Thai Style Chicken with Lime and Ginger:

Mix the lime juice with the garlic, ginger and fish sauce and marinade the chicken in this for about 15-30 Minutes. Heat the oil in a saucepan, and add the chicken pieces. Fry for about 2 Minutes. Then add the Mushrooms for another 2 minutes. Pour in the rest of the marinade, the fish sauce to taste, 1 Tbsp of Honey and the Cremefine. Cover and cook on low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes. In the meantime, cook the rice noodles as per instructions and rinse.
