1. Combine 1st five ingredients into a sauce pan over medium heat. Stir in next 5 ingredients and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool for 10-15 mins.2. Place chicken in zip lock bag with 1 cup of cooled sauce and refrigerate for 1 hour or up to 24 hours. Save remaining sauce.3. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides. Cook in batches and cover cooked chicken with foil to keep warm.4. Wipe out skillet and add remaining sauce. Bring to a boil over med-high heat. Mix together cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water until smooth. Stir into sauce reduce heat to med-low and add chicken. Simmer about 5 mins. Stirring occasionally.5.
