Makes 6 servingsIn a non stick sauce pan, toast the almonds and peanuts, then add the chicken, peaunut sauce and honey and cook on medium high heat until chicken is cooked thru. Then add the vegtables and cook until heated through and veggies are aldente- about 5 minutes- do not cover or it will get watery and soggy. Sever immeadiately with your choice of side dish.
